DKV InstantFuel has no own credit line. You store a credit card once (corporate or private) in the dashboard, and all fuelings go through it. That makes a few-minutes start possible — no credit check, no DKV consolidated invoice.
- No credit check: Your existing credit card is the security. No additional contract process, no DKV credit line required.
- Direct charge per fueling: Each fueling is charged to your credit card individually — you see every amount separately on your card statement.
- No minimum term: You pay per active driver per month — cancellable monthly with 1 month notice to the end of the month. Driver out → no cost for that slot from the next month onwards.
- Receipts stay accounting-ready: Despite credit card billing, you get a tax-compliant digital receipt for every fueling — exportable as a ZIP file with a PDF summary and individual receipts.

What does one driver cost per month?
€2.49 net per active driver per month — flat across all fleet sizes. No setup fee, no minimum term — cancellable monthly with 1 month notice to the end of the month.
Do I need a DKV contract or a credit check?
No. DKV InstantFuel works with your own corporate credit card (BYOC). There is no DKV credit line, no credit check and no DKV consolidated invoice.
What happens when a driver leaves the company?
You deactivate the driver in the dashboard with one click. Their app access is locked immediately; no cost is charged for that slot from the next month onwards.
Are there volume discounts or annual packages?
For now the tariff is a flat €2.49 net per driver per month — including at full capacity. Scales up to 80 drivers per account. For even larger fleets we discuss individual configurations directly.
What fuel costs come on top of the monthly tariff?
The actual fueling costs — charged directly to your stored credit card, individually per fueling. You pay the pump prices of the respective station, no surcharge by DKV InstantFuel.
When exactly is the credit card charged?
At every fueling immediately, with the pump price as a separate entry. The monthly tariff of €2.49/driver is debited once per month separately. You see all charges live in the dashboard and can export them per driver.
How does the cost compare to my existing fuel card?
Classic fuel cards typically come with card fees per driver and transaction surcharges on the fuel volume — exact amounts vary by provider and contract. DKV InstantFuel has neither cost block: just the flat €2.49/driver/month rate, and fuel runs at pump prices directly via your corporate credit card.
Is €2.49 gross or net?
Net. Your invoice shows the statutory VAT (currently 19 %), which you can deduct as input VAT. Gross that is €2.96/driver/month.
How long until I can fuel up after signup?
Typically about 5 minutes. Dashboard setup ~2 min, driver invite 1 min/driver, app install 2 min. The first fueling runs through in under a minute after that.
Can I change the credit card or the tariff anytime?
Yes, anytime in the dashboard. Replacing the credit card takes 1 min with no service interruption. Adding or removing drivers takes effect from the next month. There is no minimum term — you can cancel monthly with 1 month notice to the end of the month.
What if my credit card hits a limit or is blocked?
If the credit card declines a charge, the fueling fails — the driver is notified in the app and has to use a different payment method. As an admin, please check whether the stored card is still valid and has sufficient funds.
Are there limits per transaction or per month?
Yes. Currently the limit is €500 (incl. VAT) per single fueling event and €10,000 per month per account. That comfortably covers a 20-driver fleet at average volume. For special needs — e.g. truck fueling or large tanks — please get in touch, individual adjustments are possible.
